Automatic RF Power Control— by constantly adjusting transmit power, Autocell devices dynamically adjust cell size to match the RF environment.

Automatic Optimal Channel Selection— Autocell selects channels to minimize interference and maximize performance regardless of when or where users are added to the network.

True Client Load Balancing— Autocell distributes all network clients among all of the available access points (APs) regardless of where they first attach. It continuously checks for the best connection and dynamically adjusts as users move. Autocell clients automatically switch to the best AP without interruption.

Automatic Client Power Control— automatically adjusts client power control relative to the associated AP, enhancing channel reuse and resulting in extended battery life.

RF Monitoring— channel quality, AP and client information is gathered for interference and rogue detection applications. Autocell continuously scans the RF environment in the background while supporting clients, or can be switched to probe operation for focused trouble shooting.

Easy to Integrate

Autocell firmware is designed for portability so it's easy to integrate into a variety of wireless products. It has a very small code footprint, is computationally efficient, and does not increase material costs. Autocell runs on low-cost platforms without additional memory or external processors.
